I need help!

My big baby's father took the away from me and neither the police or social services help. They claim that there is something they can do. We have joint custody and there is no one who says I'm a bad mother except he said. Do you know why? Well because I left him 11 years ago and he is still angry and disappointed for that. He said the children's number and he does not answer my income so I have no contact with them or him. What happens to the kids? Now I'm so worried, it feels like your heart is about to jump out of the body. Anyone have anything suggestions??
